What services do you offer?

I specialise in professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and oven cleaning services. Whether it's restoring the beauty of your carpets, refreshing your upholstery, or ensuring your oven is spotless and safe, I have the expertise to make your spaces shine.

• How often should I have my carpets and upholstery cleaned?

Regular cleaning helps maintain the lifespan and appearance of your carpets and upholstery. For high-traffic areas, I recommend a professional clean every 6-12 months, while less-used spaces can benefit from cleaning every 12-18 months.

•  Are your cleaning products safe for my family and pets?

Absolutely! I prioritise your safety and well-being. My cleaning solutions are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for your loved ones, including furry friends.

•  How long does the cleaning process take?

Carpet cleaning, a standard sized living room takes approximately an hour to do, the damp carpet is ok to walk on and takes around 2-6 hours to dry fully depending on the pile length.

Upholstery cleaning, a 3 seater sofa takes around an hour and a half to do then between 3-7 hours to dry depending on the material.

Oven cleaning, a standard single door oven takes around an hour depending on the condition, your oven will be ready for use straight away.

•  Can you remove tough stains from my carpets and upholstery?

With years of experience and training I'm skilled in treating various stains. While I have a high success rate, some stains may be challenging to completely remove. However, I will always strive to improve the appearance of your surfaces as much as possible.

•  Will cleaning my oven leave behind any harmful fumes?

No, my oven cleaning process uses non-toxic solutions and advanced techniques that do not release harmful fumes. Your oven will be safe and ready to use once the cleaning is complete.

• How do I prepare for a cleaning appointment?

I recommend clearing and vacuuming the areas to be cleaned, and if possible, moving small items off the surfaces. For oven cleaning, please remove trays. I will take care of the rest! I do not move electrical items please ensure they are moved prior to cleaning.

•  Do you offer discounts for multiple services?
